Dr. Lucas has a proven track record in developing and implementing large-scale solar power plants and distributed rooftop solar power plants for commercial and industrial clients, from the development and feasibility phase to the generation phase. He is highly skilled in conducting technical feasibility studies, engineering design, feasibility of interconnection, and project implementation phases, including planning, procurement, and construction management. His leadership has ensured that the solar power plants he has managed consistently deliver optimal power generation.

Dr. Lucas is a highly qualified professional with a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Malaya and is a member of several prestigious organisations in the renewable energy industry, including the American Solar Energy Society, the International Solar Energy Society, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
